Refund policy
At HIYC Islamic Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an Exchange or a Store Credit for your peace of mind .
Returns:
We do not accept any Returns unless the item received is faulty.
Any other Refunds Requests will be denied. However we can offer an exchange or Store Credit In Return.
Refunds:
Once your Faulty Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at hiycislamicsuperstore@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange. Please note that we can only process exchanges for items that are unused and in their original condition.
Unfortunately Books and Head-wear are not Subject to Exchange.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
